On each drainage and flood control project we undertake, LSD seeks to integrate the technical engineering elements with the landscape aesthetic objectives to achieve an overall landscape character that is unique to each project. LSD is quite familiar with the procedures, processes, and requirements associated with the landscape character analyses, needs assessments, multiuse planning, and landscape aesthetics activities typically undertaken by the Flood Control District of Maricopa County and other similar agencies. In addition, we can offer a range of other services typically required for these projects, including environmental overviews, public participation programs, multiuse analyses, and cultural resources overviews.
