LSD has more than 17 years of experience helping our clients complete their projects on time and on budget through effective construction-administration services. As integral members of the project team, our construction inspectors are responsible for coordination, participation, and leadership of all project activities, beginning with the preconstruction workshop. These duties continue through day-to-day construction-administration activities, including coordination with members of the project team, minimizing the impact on the public while maintaining public safety, monitoring the quality and acceptability of materials and work performed, and being on-site as construction progresses to monitor the work and to produce project records for effective contract management.
