LSD's expertise in CWA Section 402 compliance is well known. LSD routinely prepares erosion and sediment control plans for a range of projects to meet the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and the Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES). We have prepared more than 150 erosion and sediment control plans, specifications and estimates, stormwater pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), manuals, and technical training for a variety of projects in rural and urban settings.

We have worked with private landowners, state and federal landowners, and our direct clients to develop site-specific best management practices in all ecological conditions. LSD provides engineering design team members with guidance and clarification on the NPDES/AZPDES requirements for each project. LSD also provides CWA Section 402 training for municipal and state agency staff.
